Role Overview
The role is for an FMCG Sales Executive.

Requirements
- At least two years of FMCG sales experience is required.
- A UAE driving licence is compulsory.
- Hindi language proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales of the division's goods and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular review visits.
- Visit potential customers to introduce products and develop new business.
- Check product quantities and displays to ensure adequate stock and planogram compliance.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure brand visibility.
- Implement promotions, display plans, and sell-out plans to generate incremental sales.
- Collect outstanding payments from designated accounts and resolve collection issues.
- Manage outlet inventory and ensure FIFO through merchandising follow-up.
- Follow company systems and codes of conduct.
- Report daily activities to the Sales Head.
- Gather market and customer information.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
