Sales Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming lead calls, understand requirements, budget, timeline and project details, and qualify leads.
• Manage CRM records for leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, quotations and lead stages.
• Conduct lead follow-ups through calls and messages and ensure potential leads are not missed.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits and experience centre walkthroughs.
• Introduce clients to products, services and design capabilities during experience centre walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with the design team on presentations, quotations and project discussions.
• Assist with pre-sales, lead conversion, sales targets, reporting and client engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Confident, professional and well-organized personality.
• Comfort with outbound calls and consistent lead follow-up.
• Good understanding of CRM and lead management processes.
• Experience in showroom sales, interiors, modular furniture, architecture, construction or related industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, hardware systems, accessories and kitchen appliances is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the Sales Manager and design team.

Pay

• Pay is ₹21,000 to ₹28,000 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person in Okhla, New Delhi.
