About This Role
What You'Ll Do
- Support Sales Excellence execution and governance across key commercial cycles, including 3-Year Plan (3YP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and GTM SteerCos across MEA.
- Assist in tracking, reporting, and governance of commercial KPIs and OKRs, helping ensure clarity, consistency, and strong performance management
- Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Sales Excellence. Management System (processes, capabilities, and technology) across the MEA region.
- Help coordinate and support communities of practice for Sales leaders, including quarterly best-practice forums.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and insights to support sales leaders and regional leadership reviews and decision-making.
- Learn fast, collaborate openly, take ownership, and contribute every day to making our commercial organization stronger.
