About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can combine technical expertise with strong sales capability to deliver VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) solutions across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, managing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive VRF product & solution sales to achieve annual targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across contractors, consultants, and developers
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and system submittals
• Provide pre-sales technical support and solution validation to clients
• Manage tendering process and contract negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Follow up on payments and ensure smooth commercial closure
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in VRF/TVR sales in UAE
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, and developers
• Excellent technical understanding of VRF systems and applications
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
