Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer at PR Metal Works LLC located in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their technical and business needs, and actively driving sales growth.
Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, preparing customer proposals, assisting in project specifications, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
The role also entails presenting solutions and products effectively to potential and existing clients while delivering exemplary support to meet customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to bridge technical solutions with client needs
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Solid understanding of Sales processes and strategies
- Experience in providing technical support and facilitating solutions to address engineering challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve solutions that meet client objectives
- Knowledge of the metal fabrication or construction industry is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and a strong aptitude for learning technical specifications
