Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Riyadh Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client needs, and providing technical solutions aligned with UMC’s product offerings.
Key responsibilities
include offering technical guidance, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with the engineering and sales teams.
You’ll also work closely with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and a thorough understanding of technical concepts
- Experience in facade works at least 3-5 yeats.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and relationship management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess and address customer needs effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to support technical and sales processes is preferred
- Familiarity with the construction or metal manufacturing industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage time effectively
