Position summary
Sales Engineer / Sales Executive developing new business, managing project sales, expanding key accounts, and building customer relationships.
The role focuses on cable tray and cable management systems in construction and MEP markets, preferably with Saudi market experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and end users.
- Identify business opportunities and potential projects; generate leads and follow up on active and upcoming projects.
- Promote and sell cable tray, cable ladder, perforated tray, solid bottom tray, and cable management systems.
- Conduct client visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare commercial quotations and follow up through order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable solutions.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support sales closing.
- Develop repeat business through regular customer follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, project updates, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- At least five years of sales experience in Cable Tray, Electrical, MEP, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Cable Tray and Cable Management Systems.
- Proven B2B and project sales experience.
- Good understanding of construction and MEP projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development.
- An existing network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders is highly preferred.
- Saudi market experience is preferred.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage.
