To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven
Sales Engineer And Sales Representative
with a strong technical background and a proven track record in the Saudi construction market.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Development:**
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for steel structures, PEB, and metal fabrication products across KSA.
- **Client Relations:**
- Leverage and expand an existing network of general contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers to generate qualified leads.
- **Technical Sales:**
- Understand client engineering requirements, present technical solutions, and collaborate with the estimation/design team to provide accurate proposals.
- **Negotiation & Closing:**
- Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry through negotiation to final contract signing and payment collection.
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Stay updated on upcoming mega-projects, market trends, and competitor activities in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Education:**
- Minimum of a
- bachelor’s degree in engineering
- (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred).
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of
- 5 years of hands-on sales experience
- specifically in the Saudi Arabian market within the PEB, structural steel, or heavy metal fabrication industry.
- **Network:**
- A strong,
- established network of relationships
- with tier-1 and tier-2 contracting companies and consultants in KSA.
- **Language:**
- Native or professional
- fluency in English
- (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Arabic is a strong plus.
- **Mobility:**
- Must possess a valid
Saudi Driving License
- and be willing to travel across the Kingdom.
- **Availability:**
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred (
Transferable Iqama
is a plus).
