The team emphasizes tailored service and long-term relationships, aiming to deliver lighting solutions that are both functional and memorable for clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Riyadh.

The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand project requirements, propose appropriate indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.

Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, coordinating with engineering and procurement teams, and supporting the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.

The role also involves site visits, technical assessments, and ensuring that proposed solutions comply with project specifications and industry standards.

The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records in the CRM, provide post-sales technical support, and contribute feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills, preferably in lighting or related electrical/engineering fields.
  • Proficiency in Sales and business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
  • Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to provide Technical Support, troubleshoot issues on-site, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent Communication skills in spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting standards, specifications, and basic design tools (e.g., Dialux, Relux) is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits in Riyadh and surrounding areas, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
