Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for a Sales Engineer/Representative, specifically targeted for candidates with a background in the bus/coach business.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, providing technical support, and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities
include identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and staying abreast of market trends and competitors' activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to effectively translate technical information to meet customer requirements
- Strong Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in the bus/coach industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic will be considered an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
