Company Description

Cooling Funoon, established in 2016, specializes in designing, installing, and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems. Based in Jeddah, our team of over 50 mechanical engineers and air conditioning specialists deliver high-quality HVAC solutions. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including thermal load studies, manufacturing and supplying air ducts, HVAC project engineering, and creating customized maintenance contracts. Our dedicated Call Center ensures seamless customer support by managing inquiries and scheduling services efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah - Riyadh for a Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to clients, preparing proposals for HVAC solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves building long-term client relationships, offering pre-sales and post-sales support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure tailored and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and HVAC-related technical support
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service capabilities
  • Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and teams
  • Experience in preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in HVAC systems such as Package units, DX split units, and VRF systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management tools and sales CRM software is an advantage
