Sales Engineer – HVAC

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Sell CRAC units, dehumidifiers, and related HVAC solutions across the UAE.
• Generate leads through client visits, networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, facility management teams, and end-users.
• Secure product specifications, approvals, and project vendor-list inclusion.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend cooling, hydronic balancing, and humidity-control solutions.
• Prepare product selections, schedules, technical and commercial proposals, and quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Coordinate with application engineering, technical support, and operations for project delivery.
• Track market trends, competitors, and tenders; achieve sales targets and support profitability.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven UAE HVAC sales experience, specifically with CRAC/precision cooling or dehumidification systems.
• Established UAE network of MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Sound understanding of HVAC psychrometrics, hydronic balancing, and critical infrastructure cooling.
• Valid UAE driving licence and UAE market experience are mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Role covers HVAC sales across the UAE and includes client visits and site surveys.
