Sales Engineer - HVAC

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities; prepare technical and commercial proposals and present solutions.
• Support system selection, design review, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Conduct client site visits, perform load calculations, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with engineering and installation teams and ensure project alignment with LG product specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, support tenders and bids, and work toward sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales engineering skills, HVAC system understanding, solution design, and proposal preparation.
• Sales, customer-service, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Technical support capabilities for HVAC product selection, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; valid driver's license and willingness to conduct regular client visits.

Preferred and advantageous background

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in HVAC sales, design, or project coordination in the Gulf region or similar markets is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of LG HVAC products or comparable brands, and familiarity with VRF, ducted units, chillers, and air-side solutions, is beneficial.
