About The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Equipment Rental Sales Engineer to join our Specialized Equipment Rental (SER) Division, focused on industrial equipment rental and rental-led project execution.
This is a strictly rental-focused role — covering standalone equipment rental as well as complete rental-based project scopes.
❌ Candidates with OEM or EPC only sales backgrounds will not be suitable. ❌
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- 🔹 Driving revenue through industrial equipment rental and rental-led projects
- 🔹 Rental of Pumps, diesel generators, compressors, lighting towers, and other industrial equipment
- 🔹 Identifying and securing opportunities across:
- Construction & infrastructure
- Municipal & utility projects
• Oil & Gas
- Marine & ports
- Power & water sectors
- 🔹 Managing the full commercial lifecycle:
- Client engagement & requirement understanding
- Proposal development
- Commercial negotiation & contract closure
- 🔹 Strong involvement in:
- Market & competitor analysis
- Pricing strategy & bid positioning
- Tracking ongoing and upcoming projects
- Managing sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting & KPIs
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
✅ 3–4 years of UAE experience in industrial equipment rental
✅ Hands-on exposure to rental of pumps, generators, compressors, or similar heavy equipment
✅ Thorough knowledge of the Middle East rental market and key players
✅ Strong existing client network capable of generating immediate business
✅ Comfortable with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
✅ Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
✅ Valid UAE Driving License with Personal Vehicle.
