Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Dubai.
The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and present additive manufacturing solutions tailored to client requirements.
Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and existing customers, understanding technical specifications, and recommending suitable 3D printing technologies and materials.
The role involves coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate quotations, feasible solutions, and on-time delivery.
The Sales Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, maintain detailed records in CRM tools, and participate in industry events, demos, and presentations to promote RCKX’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical presentations, proposals, and customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
- Experience or strong interest in additive manufacturing, 3D printing, or advanced manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with basic CAD concepts and the ability to discuss technical drawings and specifications with clients and internal teams.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, travel locally to client sites, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
