Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mechanical Sales Engineer to develop and expand our industrial product sales across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical and commercial knowledge of industrial products, steel and metal coil products, engineering consumables, and maintenance materials, along with an established network within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, Manufacturing, EPC, and Industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell the company's portfolio of industrial products, raw materials, and engineering solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, procurement teams, project managers, and maintenance departments.
- Conduct client visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Generate regular sales reports and maintain an updated CRM database.

& Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of UAE sales experience in industrial products, engineering consumables, steel products, O&M supplies, or related sectors.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Industrial markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Preferred Experience
- Existing customer network within UAE industrial sectors.
- Experience dealing with procurement teams, project engineers, maintenance managers, and contractors.
- Technical understanding of steel products, industrial consumables, and engineering materials.
