We're Hiring: Sales Engineer ā UAE Market
Filtration Systems & Lube Oil Skids Ā· Full Time Ā· UAE (Field-based)

Ltd. ā a trusted Indian manufacturer of precision Filtration Systems and Lube Oil Skids (LOS) with ASME U-Stamp and ISO certifications ā is expanding its UAE presence and looking for a driven Sales Engineer to own and grow the market.
If you've spent years navigating the UAE's Oil & Gas landscape, building relationships with EPCs, and understand how projects move from engineering to procurement ā this role was written for you.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage a high-value client pipeline across O&G, refineries, and power plants in the UAE
- Build and deepen relationships with major EPC contractors and project developers
- Drive enquiry generation, techno-commercial discussions, and order closures for Filsep's Filtration and Lube oil skids product lines
- Work closely with our engineering and BD teams on proposals, specifications, and compliance
- Represent Filsep at industry events, client visits, and vendor registration drives.
- What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years of technical sales experience in the UAE, ideally in process/rotating equipment or filtration
- Proven engagement with EPC companies and O&G clients in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE Project Tendering, Approved vendor processes, and end-user qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline
- UAE driving license and existing client network is a strong advantage
