It’s a challenging fast paced role where you’ll be right at the center of our customer operations bridging clients with production and project teams to deliver outstanding services.
We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Engineer who thrives under pressure, communicates with confidence, and can turn leads into long-term client relationships.
What You Will Do
✅ Handle inbound leads (calls, email, WhatsApp)
✅ Prepare quotations, contracts & close deals
✅ Coordinate with production engineers to meet the client requirements and deadlines
✅ Maintain CRM records
✅ Build and manage client relationships
What we are looking for
🔹 Engineering / CS degree
🔹 Manufacturing & 3D Files/Design knowledge is a plus
🔹 2-4+ years GCC customer-facing experience
🔹 Strong phone & email communication skills
🔹 UAE driving license is a plus
