Job Description
- Analyze all the market’s ongoing projects and segregate the potential projects that she can change the OE specs.
- Coordinate with the site project management/QC and consultant for alternatives until final approval.
- Coordinate with the technical document control team for material submittal preparation until approval.
- Hand over the project details and approvals to the line manager and advise the awarded joinery.
- Full understanding of the company's price strategy vs. competitors.
- Weekly visit plan report to be submitted for site visits.
- Hand over all client samples as per the specs.
Qualification
- Civil or Architecture Engineering degree or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
- A driving license is mandatory.
- Preferably able to join immediately.
