We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive
Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive with a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for Power and Telecom products across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector, Telecom System Integrators (TSI), EPC contractors, utility companies, consultants, and industrial clients.
2.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
3.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to showcase our solutions and capabilities.
4.
Understand customer requirements and align technical and commercial proposals accordingly.
5.
Independently manage and grow the sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE industrial, telecom, or energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage sales activities and customer accounts independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
