Role overview
Experienced and motivated Sales Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS), based in Dubai.
Promote BMS solutions, develop new business, and provide technical client support across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell BMS solutions, including HVAC controls, energy management, and building automation systems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE and build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facilities management companies.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Review BMS project specifications, drawings, and tender documents; prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and coordinate with engineering and project teams.
- Follow up on opportunities, maintain the sales pipeline, and support clients during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 1–2 years of BMS or building-automation sales experience.
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and building-automation technologies.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Work location and travel
- Work is in person in the UAE.
- Travel within the UAE is required as needed for client meetings and site visits.
