Job Description
At VBB ENGINEERING, we are looking for a Sales Engineer with knowledge of the Dubai real estate and construction market, specializing in large-scale industrial buildings.
This is a full-time position, and residency and a work permit in Dubai are required.
Responsibilities Within The Team
- Client sales management.
- Client negotiation.
- Client consulting and technical support.
- Client relationship management at personal and administrative level.
- Gaining a detailed understanding of the client's business and motivations.
- Acquiring new clients.
- Required skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the engineering sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of BIM methodology.
- UAE nationality of valid residency and work permit in Dubai.
- Knowledge of the Dubai construction market: Logistics, hospitality and Residential projects.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
