The role focuses on sales and business development for fire and safety solutions in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE fire and safety market.
- Promote fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, Annual Maintenance Contracts, maintenance services, and other fire protection solutions.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients; conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams, achieve sales targets, and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in sales engineering within the UAE fire and safety industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, and related fire protection solutions.
- Good understanding of UAE fire and safety market requirements and industry standards.
- Existing UAE client relationships and industry contacts are preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
