Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Junior Sales Engineer specializing in the HVAC Duct industry.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, assisting clients in selecting appropriate solutions, and coordinating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
The Junior Sales Engineer will also contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying new opportunities and maintaining product expertise to address client needs accurately.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Sales Engineering, and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Experience providing Technical Support and understanding technical documentation relevant to HVAC systems.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and duct fabrication processes is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Obtained a valid UAE driving license
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office
