Role Overview
Aqualine Water Treatment is hiring a Sales Support professional for its Dubai team.
The primarily in-office role covers lead generation, customer follow-up, sales coordination, invoicing, and logistics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers and generate B2B leads.
- Maintain customer records, update CRM information, and prepare sales reports.
- Assist with invoicing, billing documentation, and order follow-up.
- Coordinate deliveries and keep customers updated.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales support or a sales environment; previous B2B experience is required.
- Familiarity with Excel, Canva, and CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills; attention to detail in records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree and English are specified as required.
Pay
- AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
