Sales Enablement Specialist

Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and client-facing teams to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Translate client insights into clear, persuasive presentation content that highlights commercial value.
• Develop sales collateral, pitchbooks, and enablement materials that position Deccan AI as a thought leader.
• Own and support RFP/RFI responses and proposals, translating client requirements into commercially relevant submissions.
• Design customized client decks, pitchbooks, proposals, and other sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, ML, and Delivery teams to gather inputs and develop accurate client-ready content.
• Ensure deliverables are visually compelling, well structured, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in presentation design, sales collateral, and content development.
• Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and client submissions.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and a strong design sense.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight timelines.
• Exposure to AI/ML or technology domains is a strong plus.
