Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Sales Employee for an on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales Employee will manage client accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, building relationships with clients, presenting products, and collaborating with the team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in client relationship building, and understanding client needs to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Experience in conducting market research, identifying potential sales opportunities, and analyzing customer preferences.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress effectively.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating self-motivation and independence in achieving
  • PS: Must have driver's lisence and at least 3 years of relavent sales experience
