Overview
We are looking for Real Estate agents who are driven and relationship-focused to grow our home loan business through partnerships with **real estate brokers, property agents, developers and channel partners**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating mortgage leads, building a strong broker network, guiding clients through the loan process, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires knowledge of the real estate market, customer acquisition, and partner relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **real estate brokers, agents, developers, and referral partners**
- Generate new mortgage business through the broker channel
- Identify prospective homebuyers and convert leads into mortgage applications
- Promote mortgage products such as:
- Home loans
- Refinance / balance transfer
- Loan against property
- Construction / purchase loans
- Explain eligibility, documentation, interest rates, repayment options, and product features to clients and partners
- Assist customers throughout the mortgage application lifecycle, from lead generation to disbursement
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and broker activity to improve sales strategy
- Conduct regular visits, presentations, and engagement meetings with broker partners
- Maintain MIS, pipeline reports, partner activity reports, and sales forecasts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and disbursement targets
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to source business through **channel sales / broker partnerships/ Developers**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of documentation, compliance, and customer onboarding
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Additional certification in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial services is an advantage
Experience
- **2–5 years** of experience in Real Estate
- Existing network with **real estate brokers and property consultants** preferred

- Proven experience in sourcing mortgage business from real estate brokers
- Strong local market knowledge and partner network
- Customer-focused with high closing ability
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-sales oriented
- Able to handle multiple cases and maintain partner satisfaction

- Number of active broker relationships
- Leads generated through broker channel
- Loan applications submitted
- Sanction and disbursement volumes
- Conversion ratio from lead to disbursement
- Revenue / portfolio booked
- Partner retention and engagement levels
Compensation
- Performance based salary
- Sales-based bonuses on disbursement / revenue achievement
- Travel allowance / mobile reimbursement (if applicable)
Working Conditions
- Field sales role with frequent visits to broker offices, project sites, and client locations
- May require weekend availability depending on client meetings and property events
- Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
