Eternal Robotics is seeking a
highly motivated, strategic, and entrepreneurial Director – Sales & Partnerships
to lead enterprise sales, business growth, strategic alliances, and market expansion for our
Industrial Video AI / Computer Vision platform (Hypervise)
across domestic and international markets.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing GTM strategies, building strategic partnerships, influencing product direction, and expanding ER’s presence across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Drive ER Hypervise’s
- sales strategy, GTM initiatives, and revenue growth roadmap
- aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and expand business opportunities across sectors including
- Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Defence, Electronics, Energy, Retail, Healthcare, Construction, Agro, Chemical, and Process Industries
- .
- Engage with
- CXOs, Plant Heads, Operations Leaders, and Enterprise Decision Makers
- to understand operational challenges and propose AI-based industrial solutions.
- Lead
- enterprise consultative selling, commercial negotiations, proposal development, and end-to-end deal closures
- .
- Structure and secure
- high-value multi-year, multi-site, and recurring enterprise contracts
- .
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with
- System Integrators (SIs), Channel Partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Distribution Partners, and Industry Consultants
- .
- Develop and operationalize
- co-selling, partner enablement, and ecosystem growth frameworks
- .
- Represent ER at
- industry forums, conferences, customer engagements, and strategic partnership councils
- .
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to align customer feedback, market requirements, and product roadmap development.
- Shape industry-specific value propositions, commercial models, and market positioning strategies.
- Drive customer success, renewals, upselling, and expansion opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Analyze market trends, competition, pricing models, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities to strengthen business strategy.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.**
- **15+ years of experience**
- in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, GTM Leadership, or Business Development roles within
- Industrial Technology, AI, Computer Vision, Manufacturing Solutions, Automation, SaaS, or IoT sectors
- .
- Proven success in
- complex enterprise B2B sales, strategic account growth, and partnership development
- .
- Strong expertise in
- consultative solution selling and CXO stakeholder management
- .
- Experience building and scaling
- partner ecosystems, alliance frameworks, and hyperscaler relationships
- .
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in
- contract negotiations, pipeline growth, ACV, CAC/ROI, and recurring revenue models
- .
- Deep understanding of
- manufacturing operations, industrial workflows, process industries, and enterprise transformation challenges
- .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in
- high-growth, agile, and entrepreneurial environments

- Willingness to travel extensively for
- customer, partner, and industry engagements
