Based in Dubai Hills, we specialise exclusively in Dubai's most prestigious prime and luxury communities, working with leading developers, discerning investors and high-net-worth clientele.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our Secondary Market Sales Division.

This is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and creating a culture of accountability, performance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, develop and retain high-performing secondary market brokers
  • Build and scale a successful sales team focused on Dubai's luxury secondary market
  • Drive team revenue, productivity and transaction volume
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets and performance standards
  • Coach and mentor brokers through all stages of the sales process
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans
  • Work closely with senior management to execute growth strategies
  • Ensure exceptional client service and professional standards across the team
  • Create a culture of accountability, motivation and continuous improvement
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase market share

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Dubai real estate sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's secondary market
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills
  • Highly organised with a results-driven mindset
  • Professional, ambitious and capable of leading by example
