Role Overview
The Sales Director is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, leading and scaling the sales team, and delivering institutional-quality client service.
You will own SAB Capital's commercial targets, manage a team of consultants, and build the firm's pipeline across primary and secondary market transactions.
You report directly to the CEO.
Sales Leadership & Revenue
- Own and deliver SAB Capital's quarterly and annual GCI targets
- Close high-value transactions across off-plan, secondary market, and whole-building acquisitions
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of HNW and institutional investor clients
- Lead client presentations, investor negotiations, and deal structuring for AED 10M+ transactions
Team Management
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of 5–15 real estate consultants
- Set individual KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular coaching sessions
- Design incentive structures, leader boards, and performance rituals that drive a high-output culture
- Ensure the team maintains RERA compliance and upholds SAB Capital's brand standards
- Manage team scheduling, deal allocation, and pipeline reviews
Strategy & Business Development
- Design and execute SAB Capital's market penetration strategy across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah
- Develop B2B relationships with developers, property management firms, and institutional sellers
- Build off-market deal flow through network, data tools, and direct outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and management on content-led lead generation (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Represent SAB Capital at property exhibitions, developer launches, and investor events
Performance Kpis (Year 1)
- **Team GCI Target:**
- AED 1M+ per quarter
- **Personal Deal Closures:**
- Minimum 2–3 transactions/month
- **Team Headcount:**
- Build to 5–10 productive Consultants by Q3
- **Client Retention Rate:**
- 80%+ repeat/referral ratio
- **Pipeline Value Managed:**
- AED 50M+ active at any time
Requirements
- Essential — Non-Negotiable
- Currently residing in Dubai, UAE — mandatory; no relocation candidates will be considered
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Dubai/Abu Dhabi real estate sales experience — UAE market knowledge is a strict requirement
- Deep knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets: key communities, developer landscape, pricing dynamics, and regulatory environment
- Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle — frequent client meetings and site visits across both emirates
- At least 2 years in a team leadership or senior consultant role
- Proven track record closing transactions above AED 5M; whole-building or bulk deal experience strongly preferred
• Active RERA Card
- Established network of HNW clients, investors, and developer relationships in the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
Preferred
- Off-plan sales experience with tier-1 developers (Emaar, Binghatti, DAMAC, Aldar, Sobha)
- Understanding of cap rate analysis, yield modelling, and investment advisory frameworks
- Familiarity with PropTech tools (Property Finder, Bayut, DLD data, CRM platforms)
