The role suits a commercially driven sales professional who understands financial infrastructure, institutional client engagement, and the evolving convergence between traditional capital markets and digital assets.

What We’re Hiring

We are looking for a

Sales Director

to drive growth across

Dubai,

  • focused on selling institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure solutions into financial institutions and sophisticated market participants.
  • You will bring:
  • **5+ years of enterprise or institutional sales experience**
  • within digital assets, fintech, capital markets, payments, SaaS, custody, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of
  • institutional digital asset
  • workflows, including trading, treasury, settlement, tokenisation, stablecoins, or DeFi infrastructure.
  • Proven ability managing
  • complex enterprise sales cycles
  • from origination through to close.
  • Experience selling into
  • financial institutions, fintechs, hedge funds, exchanges, asset managers, or trading firms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across
  • commercial, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
  • A highly commercial mindset with the ability to build pipeline and drive new business in emerging markets.
