The role suits a commercially driven sales professional who understands financial infrastructure, institutional client engagement, and the evolving convergence between traditional capital markets and digital assets.

What We’re Hiring
We are looking for a
Sales Director
to drive growth across
Dubai,
- focused on selling institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure solutions into financial institutions and sophisticated market participants.
- You will bring:
- **5+ years of enterprise or institutional sales experience**
- within digital assets, fintech, capital markets, payments, SaaS, custody, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of
- institutional digital asset
- workflows, including trading, treasury, settlement, tokenisation, stablecoins, or DeFi infrastructure.
- Proven ability managing
- complex enterprise sales cycles
- from origination through to close.
- Experience selling into
- financial institutions, fintechs, hedge funds, exchanges, asset managers, or trading firms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across
- commercial, technical, compliance, and operational teams.
- A highly commercial mindset with the ability to build pipeline and drive new business in emerging markets.
