Sales Director
to lead the rental sales strategy for a leading construction equipment and heavy machinery business in the UAE.
This role will drive
revenue growth, market expansion, and team leadership
across key sectors including construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years in equipment rental / construction / heavy machinery sales
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong UAE/GCC market network
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Strategic, results-driven leaders with strong commercial acumen and the ability to build long-term client partnerships and lead high-performing sales teams are invited to apply.
