We’re Hiring : Sales Director – AV & Event Production \| UAE
ARTES EVENTS is looking for an accomplished and results-driven Sales Director to lead our UAE sales division and drive the next phase of our growth within the Audio Visual and Event Production industry.
This is a senior leadership role for an industry professional with 15+ years of proven experience in AV and event sales, a strong market network, and a successful history of securing high-value projects across the UAE.
About The Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving ambitious annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead, mentor, and manage the UAE Sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the events sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, event organizers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
What We’re Looking For -
- 10+ years of experience within the Audio Visual and Event Production industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the UAE events market.
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing projects including Conferences, Corporate Events, Festivals, Concerts, Luxury Weddings, Social Events, and Government Events.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
