Role Description

The Sales Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading revenue growth initiatives and expanding the firm’s client base.

This position oversees sales operations, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads from digital marketing, referrals, and inquiries.

The Sales Director will collaborate closely with attorneys and intake teams to align sales processes with client service standards and legal case workflows.

Daily responsibilities include coaching and managing sales and intake staff, analyzing performance metrics, refining scripts and outreach methods, and identifying business development opportunities with partners, medical providers, and community organizations.

The role also involves maintaining high-quality customer service, implementing best practices for client communication, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for firm leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in Business Development, including building partnerships and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management, including coaching, performance management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathetic, clear, and timely communication with potential clients.
  • Proven experience in a professional services environment; legal or personal injury industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, setting KPIs, and creating actionable reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • High ethical standards, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centered practices.
