Role responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers and sales teams.
- Establish revenue targets, sales forecasts, and performance indicators.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic accounts.
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Optimize sales processes to improve productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and senior leadership teams.
- Prepare sales reports and present strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, commercial management, or business development.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercial awareness with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and high-performing teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
