Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for Operation & Sales Director.
The Sales Director will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and implement business growth strategies, manage and lead sales teams, and ensure exceptional customer service.
This role ensures that sales targets are achieved while maintaining efficient business processes, compliance, and exceptional customer service..
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales and operations management
- Proven experience in Team Management and leadership
- Experience in Business Development and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive real estate market
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market practices
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
