Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and prospect outreach to generate business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers, assess their needs, and qualify leads.
- Present relevant software solutions and communicate their value to prospects.
- Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and schedule qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication, cold-calling, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand and explain software or digital solutions; a technical background is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in SaaS, IT, or technology sales is an advantage.
