- Experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
- Proven track record in a metrics-driven environment — comfortable owning activity and conversion targets.

- German— native or full professional proficiency (written and spoken) — essential
- English —professional proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Inbound prospecting experience required; outbound prospecting experience strongly preferred.
- Additional European languages considered a bonus
