Ready to kick off a real B2B sales career in trade credit insurance?

This is your frontline role: you'll be reaching key decision-makers, opening doors, and building relationships that matter.

It's fast-paced, rewarding, and a clear launchpad to becoming a Sales Manager.

You'll identify potential clients, create valuable business opportunities, and support portfolio growth by generating qualified meetings with decision-makers across various industries.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound campaigns by calling General Managers, CFOs, and business owners, introducing solutions clearly and confidently
  • Identify and target companies based on turnover, sector, business model, and location
  • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for Sales Managers, aligned with regional visits
  • Build and manage a portfolio of prospects through proactive outreach and networking
  • Prepare tailored proposals and support negotiations to help close new business opportunities
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth start to the collaboration
  • Work closely with account management and underwriting teams to deliver optimal client solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimise outreach strategies and messaging
  • Who you are
  • A confident communicator who is comfortable engaging decision-makers over the phone
  • Resilient and positive, viewing rejection as part of the learning and sales process
  • Organised, proactive, and target-driven
  • Curious and motivated to grow, helping businesses manage risk
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
  • Good English communication skills
  • Holder of a university degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or Finance) or equivalent work experience
