This is your frontline role: you'll be reaching key decision-makers, opening doors, and building relationships that matter.
It's fast-paced, rewarding, and a clear launchpad to becoming a Sales Manager.
You'll identify potential clients, create valuable business opportunities, and support portfolio growth by generating qualified meetings with decision-makers across various industries.
What you'll do
- Run outbound campaigns by calling General Managers, CFOs, and business owners, introducing solutions clearly and confidently
- Identify and target companies based on turnover, sector, business model, and location
- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for Sales Managers, aligned with regional visits
- Build and manage a portfolio of prospects through proactive outreach and networking
- Prepare tailored proposals and support negotiations to help close new business opportunities
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth start to the collaboration
- Work closely with account management and underwriting teams to deliver optimal client solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimise outreach strategies and messaging
- Who you are
- A confident communicator who is comfortable engaging decision-makers over the phone
- Resilient and positive, viewing rejection as part of the learning and sales process
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Curious and motivated to grow, helping businesses manage risk
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
- Good English communication skills
- Holder of a university degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or Finance) or equivalent work experience
