Sales Development Representative

Role overview

Skills and education

• Requires 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, including prospecting, lead nurturing, and sales conversations.
• Requires ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, progress deals, and work toward measurable targets and KPIs.
• Requires organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Requires basic AI understanding and interest in AI tools, with willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI, risk management, and ethical use.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up; research target personas and organize contact data.
• Conduct cold calls, nurture leads, qualify opportunities, and follow up on marketing- and event-generated leads.
• Partner with sales teams on pipeline strategy and collaborate across functions to progress deals.
• Track, analyze, and report activity in CRM tools, maintain data accuracy, and use sales tools to improve outreach.
