Skills and competencies

• 2 to 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong lead generation, cold email and call outreach, prospecting, and lead nurturing skills.
• Ability to qualify opportunities, handle objections, and progress deals efficiently.
• Goal-oriented, with experience working under commission-based targets and KPIs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Basic AI understanding and interest in AI tools; willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI, risk management, and ethical use.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related area is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Research target personas and organize contact information for outreach.
• Conduct cold calls, nurture warm leads, and qualify sales opportunities.
• Convert marketing- and event-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
• Work with sales teams on pipeline-generation strategy and business-aligned outreach.
• Collaborate across functions to support deal progression and sales-team communication.
• Track, analyze, and report sales-development activity in CRM tools, maintaining accurate data.
• Leverage sales tools to optimize productivity and outreach.
