Sales Development Representative - Future Opportunity

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of prior SDR experience
• Experience/awareness/knowledge of technology solutions, cloud and Saas preferred
• Experience with tools such as SFDC, CL, Salesloft, Linkedin, Zoom, etc.
• CRM fluency - ability to create reports is a plus!
• Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value
• A strong desire to learn a comprehensive software sales process
• Applies strategic thinking to uncover additional stakeholders and prospects within existing customer accounts to support account growth and retention
• Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed aggressive goal
• Willingness to make cold calls and initiate conversations with install base
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• A plus if you are hard working, competitive, professional and comfortable taking direction and feedback

• The pay range for this position is expected to be between $88,000 and $117,333/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
