Zentid is a Dubai-based field service management (FSM) platform that lets companies run their entire field operations — clients, jobs, quotes, dispatch, reports, and invoicing — from one place.
We serve HVAC, facility management, cleaning, pest control, and fire safety businesses across the UAE, replacing the chaos of WhatsApp groups, Excel files, and endless phone calls with one connected system.
We're early, fast-moving, and growing.
This is a chance to get in on the ground floor and build the sales engine with us.
The Role
As our SDR, you own the top of the funnel.
You'll find the right field-service companies, start conversations across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone, qualify their needs, and book demos for the team.
You're the first impression most prospects have of Zentid — and the engine that keeps the pipeline full.
This role suits someone who wants to

and grow into a closing or team-lead role as we scale.
What you'll do
- Research and build target lists of HVAC, facility management, cleaning, pest control, and fire safety companies in the UAE
- Run multi-channel outbound — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls — to start conversations with owners and operations managers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile
- Book and confirm product demos for the sales team
- Keep the CRM clean and up to date, and follow up persistently
- Feed what you hear from the market back to the founder and product team
- Hit and beat weekly activity and meeting targets
- What we're looking for
- **High energy, hungry, and self-driven**
- — early-career candidates very welcome
- **Strong communicator in English**
- ; Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or Urdu is a big plus, given our customer base
- **Confident at pitching and handling objections**
- — you're comfortable picking up the phone and getting a "no" before a "yes"
- **Some experience in tech or B2B / SaaS sales**
- (1–2 years ideal) — or sharp and motivated enough to ramp fast
- **Coachable**
- — you take feedback well and act on it quickly
- **Genuinely passionate**
- about sales and about helping field-service businesses modernise how they work
- **Startup mindset**
- — comfortable with ambiguity, takes ownership, happy to wear multiple hats
- Nice to have
- Existing network in the UAE field-service, facilities, or SMB sectors
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (Appollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- UAE residence visa already held, or freelance/spouse visa
