Sales Development Representative

About This Role

We're hiring: Sales Representative (AV & Home Automation) | Dubai

Cache is expanding its sales team in Dubai, and we're looking for a technically sharp, commercially driven Sales Representative to help grow our presence across the UAE and wider GCC.

If you know your way around AV and home automation, enjoy the consultative side of sales, and want to work with a portfolio of premium brands serving integrators, developers, and high-net-worth clients, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and closing new business across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects

• Managing the full sales cycle from lead through to project handover

• Building relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, and end-clients

• Delivering technical proposals, presentations, and product demos (showroom and on-site)

• Hitting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

• Keeping the CRM up to date with accurate pipeline and activity reporting

• Representing Cache at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions

• Working closely with our technical team to ensure smooth project delivery

• Using social media and digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness

What we need from you

• Minimum 5 years in a sales role

• Minimum 5 years in AV, home automation, or smart building

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Own vehicle and valid UAE driving licence

• Hands-on technical knowledge of AV and automation systems, control platforms, and networking fundamentals

• Proven ability to work independently

• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Comfortable with social media marketing, content creation, and digital lead generation

Nice to have

• Existing network in Dubai/GCC luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial property

• Experience with brands such as Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron.

• AVIXA CTS or KNX certification

• Understanding of MEP coordination and AV integration into construction timelines

• Familiarity with Dubai's developers and key projects

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent
