Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based in Dubai.
The SDR will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social channels.
The role involves researching target markets, building prospect lists, and setting up introductory meetings or demos for the sales team.
The individual will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on inbound inquiries, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
The SDR will also contribute to pipeline reporting, share market feedback, and support the overall sales process to achieve growth targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development — SaaS, B2B, or ERP background is a strong advantage
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active-listening skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Confident in making outbound calls and engaging prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, along with solid data entry and documentation practices
- Goal-oriented, resilient in handling rejection, and self-motivated — comfortable working toward defined targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of cloud software and ERP concepts
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- UAE market knowledge and an existing business network is an advantage
