  • What you’ll bring with you
  • 4+ years of experience in technology sales, B2B sales, or sales experience with a strong interest in learning technology sales.
  • Previous experience selling to HR teams or HR decision-makers is highly preferred.
  • Software sales experience is preferable.
  • Exceptional Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken. English level should be Professional
  • Strong network and creativity to manage and develop knowledge for organizing major events.
  • Excellent organizational skills and outstanding relationship-building abilities.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader capable of positively and efficiently influencing both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Ability to propose trends, technologies, and innovations for new event formats (including digital).
  • Driver’s license is a plus, as onsite client visits might be required.
  • How you’ll make an impact
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Using various means of outbound work, including but not limited to phone calls, email, Linkedin, and other mediums and tactics
  • Plan and execute all processes of large-scale corporate events.
  • Develop and implement event strategies, designing innovative and creative formats.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the SMs once the lead is qualified and prepare executives summaries to support SMs on their calls
  • Update and maintain accurate activity and data in our CRM and Prospecting tools (Hubspot) to ensure proper data hygiene and stay current on leads and follow-ups
  • Support the company’s presence at future trade shows, conferences and other events
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
