About This Role
Sales Development Representative (SDR) | UAE | COMMISSION ONLY TO START
Vantra is hiring an Arabic-speaking SDR to help us win clients across the UAE.
This is a remote sales role focused on outbound outreach to local businesses. You will be speaking with business owners and decision-makers, introducing our AI products, booking meetings, and helping us build our presence in the UAE market.
We are looking for someone commercially sharp, confident on the phone, persistent, and comfortable selling modern technology to real businesses.
What you’ll do
Reach out to businesses across UAE by phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
Start conversations with owners, managers, and decision-makers
Explain our products clearly and generate interest
Book qualified meetings for the founder or sales team
Follow up consistently and keep leads moving
Track outreach and results properly in the CRM
Share market feedback on what businesses are responding to, what objections you hear, and where the best opportunities are
What we’re looking for
Fluent Arabic and strong English
Confident communicator with good energy and commercial instinct
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and messages
Self-driven and reliable without needing to be micromanaged
Interested in sales, business, startups, and AI
SDR, telesales, lead generation, or business development experience is a plus, but not essential if you are hungry and persuasive
