Responsibilities
- Develop sales-development strategies and identify target customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, outreach, and other sales activities.
- Build prospective-client and partner relationships; coordinate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Manage the pipeline, arrange meetings and presentations, and follow up with prospects.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare forecasts and reports, and research competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Assist with proposals and outreach materials; improve sales processes and customer acquisition while following company policy and UAE regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of sales development, lead generation, and business development; ability to identify prospects and assess opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools; CRM familiarity is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently.
- Relevant sales or account-management experience is advantageous.
- A related business, marketing, or sales degree or diploma is preferred but not essential.
