Near, a fast-growing technology company specializing in SaaS solutions and smart
business technologies, is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales
Operations & Automation Intern to support the optimization, automation, and
scalability of our sales processes.
This internship is designed for ambitious students and fresh graduates who are
interested in the intersection of business development, process improvement,
sales operations, automation, and data analytics.
The intern will work closely with
the Business Development team to streamline workflows, improve sales efficiency,
and establish scalable systems that support Near’s growth journey.
Responsibilities
- Document, analyze, and improve sales workflows and internal business processes.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and business
- development activities.
- Design and implement lead scoring and prospect qualification frameworks.
- Assist in creating deal scoring methodologies to improve opportunity prioritization and
- forecasting accuracy.
- Identify potential prospects aligned with Near’s target industries.
- Support CRM optimization, data quality management, and sales pipeline organization.
- Improve operational processes by designing workflows and implementing workflow
- automation solutions using no-code and low-code tools.
- Generate sales performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Analyze sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to identify
- improvement opportunities.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to improve
- operational efficiency.
- Participate in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement
- initiatives.
We are Looking For
- Senior student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,
- Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in sales operations, process optimization, business development, and
- automation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is a
- plus.
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, or reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented startup
- environment.
